IT Services Field Support Agent

What if your tech skills could make someone’s digital workday a whole lot easier – every single day? 

As an IT Field Support Agent (Digital Coach), you’ll be the friendly face of IT, helping colleagues on-site across Belgium get the most out of their digital tools. From solving issues in real time to coaching on new apps, you’ll make tech more accessible, one conversation at a time.

Your role on the field

You’ll be part of the Digital Field Services Team, combining practical IT support with people-focused coaching. Whether it’s solving problems, answering questions, or giving digital training, you’ll be right where your help makes the biggest difference — on-site, with the user.

Here’s what your days could look like:

• provide on-site support and troubleshooting assistance to our users to ensure quick resolutions in real-time
• respond to user inquiries and issues promptly during on-site visits, ensuring a high level of customer service
• work closely with technical teams and vendors on-site to implement solutions and upgrades efficiently
• give training on/off site for new applications (Onboarding day, Digital Corner)
• prevention of Cybersecurity
• follow-up of incidents via Octopus (ticketing system)

• you’ve got a valid driver’s license and are ready to be on the move
• you have strong communication skills and are fluent in French and Dutch, with basic English skills
