What if you could help a community of project managers grow through shared expertise and practical learning? 

You support the Project Management Community and the PM1 learning journey within Equans BeLux, together with Operational Excellence and Equans Academy. You work in a dynamic environment where you build connections, strengthen practices and help project managers progress.

Your work location: Brussels

Zoom on the job:

  • facilitate and support the Project Management Community Core Team of around 10 senior project managers
  • activate and maintain knowledge‑sharing platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
  • organise, participate in and co‑facilitate roundtables and knowledge‑sharing events
  • nurture relationships and encourage interaction within the community
  • listen to community needs and take concrete action
  • work with the Operational Excellence team on PM best practices
  • orchestrate and follow up the development of the PM1 learning journey
  • coordinate content updates with GAPS and e‑learning creation with Mercuri
  • support the shift from physical PM1 to a blended learning offer
  • provide support on selected Operational Excellence projects, such as recovery assistance or coaching of PMs

Come as you are, ideally with:

  • at least 5 years of experience in project management, community management or learning and development
  • knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • strong facilitation and community‑building skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and digital tools
  • solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and with different stakeholders
  • fluency in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English
