Stage ’26-’27 – Bachelor – IT PMO

What if you could contribute to concrete IT projects at Equans? 

As part of strengthening the IT PMO team, this internship aims to support activities related to resource and project management. This internship provides practical experience within a team focused on IT projects portfolio management for Equans Belux.

Your internship location: our office in Brussels.

Internship duration: 3 – 4 months.

Zoom on the internship:

• resource management in ServiceNow (Strategic Project Management module/SPM):
  • financials management:
    • monitor timesheet entry and approval processes
    • manage financial questions with suppliers related to external consultants’ invoices
    • update Purchase Order (PO) information in SPM until changes are implemented
    • identify POs to be closed
    • track POs nearing expiry or with insufficient funds
    • document the steps and work instructions necessary to perform the above activities
    • work on a FAQ about SPM financials usage based on stakeholders interactions and support requests
  • resource allocation:
    • add and update resource data in SPM
    • report on resource overallocation and under-allocation
    • update rate information in SPM
    • conduct quality checks on SPM projects according to required data and defined rules and report on results
    • document the steps and work instructions necessary to perform the above activities
    • work on a FAQ about SPM resource allocation based on Stakeholders interactions and support requests
• project management in ServiceNow:
  • handle approved demands requiring project creation within SPM
  • consolidate project reports and charters for Demand Management Committee and other monitoring bodies
  • define a compliance questionnaire about our project methodology & necessary deliverables to be used to perform project audits
  • perform project audits and provide the corresponding executive summary
  • document the steps and work instructions necessary to perform project audits

Come as you are, ideally with:

• a field of study in IT, project management, or related field – you are a final year student
• some experience or strong interest in IT project governance and management
• basic knowledge of financial tracking and project monitoring
• proficient in office tools and keen to work with IT management tools (ideally ServiceNow)
• strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• good interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset
• ability to produce clear and well-structured documentation and reports
