Operator Industriële Oven

For our site in Grimbergen, Equans is looking for an Oven Operator.

What will you do as an Oven Operator at Equans?

• along with your colleagues you are responsible for operating the various ovens, loading and unloading these ovens, and meticulously documenting the activities you perform
• when programming the annealing cycles, you follow the work instructions very closely, and any issues are immediately reported by you
• moving heavy loads with an overhead crane does not intimidate you
• you keep the workplace clean and replace heat-resistant seals and thermocouples when necessary
• you work in a two-shift system (very occasionally in three shifts)
• naturally, you will be trained to become an independent oven operator

What do you need?

• ideally, you have a technical diploma
• if you have a valid VCA certificate, this is definitely an asset
• you have experience in working with an overhead crane, or you are not afraid to learn
• preferably, you have work experience in a process environment
• you work meticulously and according to the applicable procedures
• you have a sense of responsibility
• you have good spatial awareness
• you are flexible regarding the two- or three-shift system
