CSR Procurement Officer

Join our team as a CSR Procurement Officer and play a key role in integrating environmental and social issues into our procurement strategy. You will report directly to both the CSR Director and the Procurement Director at Equans BeLux.

What awaits you :

Managing Supplier CSR Risks

• support the network of buyers in deploying tools to assess and manage risks related to human rights and environmental impacts
• organize assessment campaigns via EcoVadis and lead targeted audits to identify and mitigate risks

Training and Raising Awareness Among Buyers

• design and deliver training sessions to enhance understanding of CSR issues, particularly decarbonization and duty of care
• support the analysis of the supply chain for strategic procurement categories

Decarbonization Trajectory and Scope 3A Management

• define and implement a procurement decarbonization roadmap, in alignment with EQUANS Group recommendations
• collect carbon data from suppliers and organize climate meetings to support them in reducing their carbon footprint
• track actions and plans defined during climate meetings

CSR Indicators Management and Reporting

• monitor and analyze extra-financial performance indicators related to responsible procurement
• contribute to global CSR reporting in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders

Deployment of CSR Best Practices in Procurement

• promote CSR best practices within the company’s procurement network
• integrate CSR criteria into the supplier selection and reference processes
• develop communication actions to highlight initiatives in sustainable procurement

What you bring to this role :

• a master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or university) with a specialization in sustainable development, environment, or CSR
• significant first experience or internship in procurement, CSR, or environmental analysis, with the ability to quickly understand strategic challenges
• proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365 suite)
• excellent organization, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset for complex issues
• strong communication skills, with ease in convincing and uniting teams around CSR challenges
• good proficiency in French, English, and Dutch
