Technical Business Analyst – ServiceNow and Integrations (M/F – any location)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow and integrations to join our international team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business units (BUs) across multiple countries, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of requirements, and successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
   • Collaborate with business units across different countries to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
   • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
   • Conduct workshops, meetings, and training sessions with global teams to understand needs and present solutions.
2. ServiceNow Expertise
• Analyze, design, and configure ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and configurations to meet specific business requirements.
• Provide expertise in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules based on organizational needs.
3. Integration Management
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., SIEM, CRM, HR systems).
• Ensure robust API usage and scripting for seamless data flow and process automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.
4. Technical Support & Optimization
• Collaborate with developers to build custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance and integrations for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical expertise during system upgrades or module rollouts.
5. Collaboration & Documentation
• Work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Create clear technical documentation, user guides, and process flows for solutions delivered.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for both business processes and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hard Skills

• Proficient in ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP), MID Servers, and connectors.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies).
• Experience in integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or IT security tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and their application in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
