Junior PLC Engineer

As a PLC Engineer at Equans, you work on concrete, future‑proof solutions for our clients. You take the lead on PLC projects from design to delivery, right in the heart of industrial automation. You grow your expertise within Process Solutions, the industrial automation reference at Equans.

Your work location: Equans site in Roeselare and at our clients

Zoom on the job:

• study existing situations and create accurate functional analyses
• handle the detailed technical design and software development for projects
• test software, commission systems and provide on‑call support
• ensure clear documentation for all projects
• think proactively about process standardisation
• support and advise clients after installation delivery

Come as you are, ideally with:

• a higher technical degree: bachelor’s or master’s
• knowledge of electromechanics and a strong interest in automation
• experience with Siemens PLC
• good knowledge of HMI: SCADA, Siemens WinCC and TIA Portal
• personal drive and the ability to work independently
• team spirit and strong communication skills
• a category B driving licence
