Stage – IT Governance Processes

Then this internship is for you! Take your first steps into the professional world within our IT department and help build the energy solutions of tomorrow.

During this internship, you will dive into the heart of IT Governance & Processes: you support audits, help improve processes, work with tools like ServiceNow, and contribute to a smart way of sharing knowledge. Step by step, you will grow into a role where you bring structure and get to try out new ideas.

You will join a team that guides you, trusts you, and lets you learn by doing.

Your internship location: Brussels.

Duration: 3 to 4 months.

Zoom on the internship:

• contribute to GRC audits and create a practical compliance checklist for templates and process outputs
• audit processes, write an executive summary, and follow up on action plans (local and group level)
• document work steps and work instructions to correctly perform project audits
• monitor the risk register and prepare input for the monthly Governance & Processes committee
• follow up and test process changes in ServiceNow
• help set up and test reporting and process metrics in ServiceNow
• prepare webinars and create short ServiceNow user guides
• review documents in Compass: identify what needs updating, missing items, and what can be removed
• co-manage the Document Management System (Sirius): create news items, upload approved documents, communicate
• inventory, optimize, and remove outdated knowledge articles in Octopus and ServiceNow
• provide templates to improve the quality of knowledge articles
• draft SOPs for various IT communities and teams
• monitor the continuous improvement register and contribute to the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach

Come as you are, ideally with:

• final year student in IT, project management, or a related field
• basic knowledge or interest in IT governance, IT projects, or GRC
• basic understanding of financial monitoring or project tracking
• confident with Office tools and motivated to work with IT management tools (ServiceNow is a plus)
• precise, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines
• communicative and enjoy working in a team
• ability to write clearly, structured, and simply
