Portfolio Manager | Renewables

Play a key role in advancing solar energy and battery storage in Belgium, with a direct impact on the performance of renewable energy installations. Work as a Portfolio Manager alongside commercial, engineering and project teams, managing and optimising a diverse portfolio in a hybrid setting. Shape and refine strategies, monitor performance and contribute to innovative energy solutions in a fast-evolving energy transition.

Zoom on the job:

• take the lead of the O&M organisation and ensure coordination of internal teams and external service providers
• monitor and improve the operational performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets
• work with teams to develop and implement strategies that strengthen availability, reliability and long-term performance
• follow up KPIs, analyse performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• contribute to the development of innovative Solar & Storage services
• explore opportunities in battery storage, intelligent monitoring and energy management
• support the implementation of innovative technologies and digital monitoring platforms
• collaborate closely with commercial, engineering and project management teams
• ensure a smooth handover from project execution to operations
• align operational stakeholders and help build sustainable client relationships
• contribute to the growth and transformation of a fast-evolving activity

Come as you are, ideally with:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, energy, electromechanics or equivalent through experience
• experience in renewable energy, technical operations, asset management or energy systems
• interest in solar energy, battery storage and intelligent energy management solutions
• experience coordinating technical teams, subcontractors or multi-site activities is a plus
• analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem solving
• organised and results-oriented way of working
• strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
• comfortable working in an evolving environment with a strong team focus
• good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
